In June 2005 Angela got one of her songs from her new album reviewed by Jason Blume at a songwriting seminar in Oslo. Since then Jason has evaluated several of Angela's songs with top critique! Jason Blume is one of those rare individuals to ever achieve the distinction of having songs on the Country, Pop and R & B charts – all at the same time. Read more about him and about songwriting on his website!

Angela is more than Country music.....

Angela's musical roots are to be found in the Swedish tune tradition. Singing and song writing has always been a part of her everyday life and the great Swedish poets Evert Taube and Dan Andersson gave her a preference to the kind of story-telling lyrics that also is well known to be characteristic to Country music. In her early teens, her family bought a farm.

So, she left her school and the city to spend almost ten years as a "cowgirl". On the farm she found her love for the Country music. Kris Kristofferson, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris are some of her own favorite artists. During those years she learned how to work hard, and she found a depth and a meaning in life that she never even dreamed of before.

About Faith

Angela: "I am who I am. I think, feel and react like I do in my lyrics. My purpose with my music is to lift, inspire and to make people happy – sometimes through my spiritual experiences. Faith is something personal, something rare that reaches down to our inner core, that we with mutual respect can share with each other. I don’t call others to repentance or try to give someone bad conscience. I believe in a loving God who knows our potential and focus on our eternal progress. What I have is not contagious – that is, if you don’t want it:-)"
